Ammon Leather is looking for an experienced Qualified Motor Trimmer to take a leading role in operating our Melbourne branch. This is an opportunity to become a key person in the Melbourne operation, with the potential to become Branch Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality automotive trimming and leather upholstery
- Manage daily workshop jobs and workflow
- Install leather seats and automotive interiors
- Maintain excellent quality and finishing standards
- Coordinate with Sydney head office
- Manage materials, tools and workshop organisation
- Work independently and take ownership of the Melbourne branch
- Help lead and grow the Melbourne operation
About you
- Qualified or highly experienced Motor Trimmer
- Solid automotive upholstery and leather experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable,
organised and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Leadership or workshop management experience highly desirable
- Australian driver's licence required
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
