About the Role
As part of the Supplier Partnership & Performance Motor Team (SPPM), you'll be responsible for supporting the implementation and driving the adoption and performance of the Qapter/Audatex platform across Hollard's network of repairers.
Working in the Qapter/Audatex platform, you'll run audits to review how the system has been used, check estimates are accurate and completed correctly, and ensure quality and compliance standards are being met.
You'll join a small, national auditing team, working closely with the wider SPPM group to deliver strong outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits of motor repairers' assessments within Qapter/Audatex, reviewing back-end system use to ensure estimates are accurate, compliant and completed correctly
- Clearly articulate audit outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, tracking findings and driving remediation and continuous improvement across the network
- Use audit insights to support the management of supplier performance against clear KPIs across cost, quality and timeliness
- Act as a subject matter expert for Qapter/Audatex, championing adoption of the platform across the repairer network and internal teams
- Support risk and regulatory management across the motor supply chain, including monitoring compliance with the Code of Practice, APRA Prudential Standards and ASIC requirements
About You
- Experience using the Audatex/Qapter claims assessing platform
- Trade qualified (panel beater or spray painter)
- Previous experience in a claims auditor role, motor claims supplier relationship management role or panel shop estimating role preferred
- Robust knowledge of motor claims discipline, practices and products
- Knowledge of the smash repair industry, including trends and technology used in the repair of motor vehicles
- Ability to deliver industry leading cost, quality, and timeliness outcomes through the successful implementation of the Audatex/Qapter platform across partner motor repairers and Motor Assessing teams
