MS Dynamics 365 Developer (Customer Insights & Sales)

- 6 Month Daily Rate Contract
- Melbourne CBD
- Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join this organisation to provide additional capability across both strategic initiatives nd BAU development activities. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will be responsible for enhancing, supporting and optimising the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with a particular focus on Customer Insights and Sales Modules . You will leverage the broader Microsoft technology stack to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer engagement, automate processes and support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and support solutions across the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Deliver enhancements and recent functionality within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Sales Modules .
- Build and maintain solutions using the Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate .
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with broader enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Support both BAU activities and the delivery of new digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to solution design, development standards and platform optimisation.

Required Experience





- Strong hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Sales Modules .
- Strong capability across the Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate .
- Experience working with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and broader Azure services.
- Understanding of C#/.NET and JavaScript development.
- Experience working within enterprise-scale Microsoft environments.
- Ability to balance BAU support with project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
