ATLAS Recruitment are working with a Perth-based, multi-disciplinary firm delivering a strong pipeline of subdivision projects across the Perth Metro area. Due to sustained project workload, our client is looking to add Land Surveyors to their team, with multiple positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out boundary, feature, contour, and control surveys across subdivision sites
- Conduct setout and as-built surveys throughout construction stages
- Process field data and prepare survey plans, calculations and reports
- Liaise with civil engineers, planners and local authorities on subdivision requirements
- Manage field crews and coordinate day-to-day survey programming
- Ensure compliance with relevant WA survey legislation and Landgate requirements
- Review and check survey data for accuracy prior to lodgement
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling of survey works

About You:

- Tertiary qualified in Surveying or a related discipline
- Proven experience in subdivision and land development surveying
- Strong understanding of WA cadastral survey requirements and Landgate processes
- Proficient in relevant survey software (12D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar)




- Registered/Licensed Surveyor highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multidisciplinary teams
- Current driver's licence
