Our client is a highly respected, quality and customer focused New Home builder, established for over 20 years and an industry leader and Number 1 builder in the region. They have been established over 20 years and have demonstrated continued success by their massive client following and market share in their region.

About the Position

On offer is a New Home Sales Consultant position within their business and their high performance sales team. Responsibilities will include:

- Servicing leads generated from 2 Display locations and Head Office

- Managing display home foot traffic with meet and greet

- Utilising company Sales CRM for follow up and sales process

- Providing preliminary quotes and contracts to prospective buyers

- Customising house plans to suit client needs

- Fostering positive relationships with developers and agents in the area

- Presenting and signing sales contracts

Skills and Experience To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must demonstrate the following:

- Track record as a top performer in sales

- High level of customer service and ability to build rapport with people on all levels

- Consumer or B2B sales in a another field as a top performer will be highly regarded





- New home sales experience and results advantageous but not essential

- Building knowledge advantageous however not essential

- Excellent presentation

- Exceptional communication, negotiation and closing skills

- Must be available to work weekends - rotational roster

- Friendly and approachable nature

- Financially motivated and self driven!

Our client is searching for a go getter who is hungry to earn a great income whilst delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be presentable, skilled and enthusiastic with proven results across their sales career.

The Benefits

Our client has strong leads to hand over to this person and it's expected you will earn a minimum six figure salary in your first year based on the results of previous years and an increasing salary up to 150-200k in the following years. Current top performers in this business are earning in excess of 300k. The company has a close knit team and fantastic culture where the sales and office staff work together exceptionally well. Non refundable PAYG Base salary uncapped comms are on offer.
