Graduate Occupational Therapist | Start Your Career With Genuine Support

Starting your OT career should be exciting, not overwhelming. At Pacific Health & Wellbeing, our Graduate Program is designed to give you the time, support and confidence to transition from student to clinician.

Your first 6–12 months are about learning

We provide a deliberately reduced workload while you settle into practice, build your clinical reasoning and develop confidence. You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We want you to ask questions, learn from experienced clinicians and gradually build your independence.

What your Graduate Program includes

• Reduced caseload for your first 6–12 months

- Weekly supervision with our experienced Team Leaders
- Clinical support from Clinical Lead Kirstie Hinsley, with 18 years of clinical leadership experience
- Regular Graduate OT catch-ups to share ideas, strategies, challenges and wins
- A supportive environment where questions are encouraged
- Ongoing professional development and opportunities to explore your clinical interests
- Experienced clinicians around you across OT, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy
- Dedicated admin support so you can focus on your clients
- Flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balance
