Exceptional Earning Potential

For permanent clinicians, the remuneration model combines a base salary with a tiered bonus structure linked to the billable hours you choose to complete.

Approximate earning potential includes

- 4 billable hours per day – approximately $89,000 + super per year
- 5 billable hours per day – approximately $99,000 + super per year
- 6 billable hours per day – approximately $119,000 + super per year
- 7 billable hours per day – approximately $141,000 + super per year

For clinicians who genuinely enjoy being busy and want to maximise their earning capacity, there is significant upside. Travel, administration and report writing are all included within your billable hours, meaning your targets reflect the full scope of your clinical work — not just face-to-face appointments.

you are not forced into chasing the highest KPI. If you would rather work fewer billable hours and create more breathing room in your week, the structure allows for that too.

Contracting options are also available for clinicians who prefer that model.

Start Now or in the Recent Year

There is flexibility around commencement. If you are ready to move now, the organisation is happy to explore an immediate start.

If you would prefer to finish out the year with your current employer and start fresh in the New Year, that can be accommodated as well.

The team is happy to interview now and get everything organised early, so you can head into the New Year knowing your next move is already locked in.

Location

This is a mobile role servicing Brisbane South, South-East and Bayside. Referrals are allocated geographically where possible, helping clinicians avoid unnecessary travel and create a more sustainable working week.

Caseload

The role sits entirely within the NDIS space and provides a broad generalist OT caseload. Clients range from approximately 4 years old through to 60+, giving you exposure across the lifespan.

Importantly, referrals are allocated with clinician interests and preferences in mind.

If you love paediatrics, you can lean further into paediatrics.

If you prefer adults, functional assessments, assistive technology or another particular area, the team will work to shape your caseload accordingly.

Areas can include

- Functional Capacity Assessments
- ADL assessments
- Assistive Technology
- Home modifications
- Paediatric OT
- Adult disability
- Community-based intervention
- Complex OT work depending on experience and interests

Flexible, Mobile Working

This is a purely community-based role, with no requirement to attend a clinic each day.



You will have flexibility around how you organise your diary, appointments and workload.

The team can meet regularly face-to-face in the community if you prefer that interaction, or clinicians who enjoy greater independence can operate more autonomously.

Support That Fits You

The practice is OT-led, with an experienced Occupational Therapist available to provide clinical supervision. Support is tailored to the individual rather than applying the same structure to everyone.

If you want weekly support, that can be provided.

If you are experienced and prefer greater independence, you will be trusted to work that way.

The organisation is also open to funding external supervision where a clinician wants to develop a specialist area of practice.
