Role Description

Nexevolve is looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers flexibility for Hybrid work. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to meet specific business objectives.
- Manage and update Odoo instances in the Odoo.sh environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for Odoo customizations.
- Integrate third-party applications with Odoo using APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Odoo modules, workflows, and databases.
- Provide ongoing support for existing Odoo implementations and future enhancements.
- Design and modify user interfaces, including views, widgets, menus, and controllers.
- Utilize Git for version control and manage Odoo.sh deployments.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Odoo development, specifically with Odoo.sh.
- Proficiency in Odoo development, Python programming, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, configuration, and integrations.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferably Owl JavaScript), and XML.
- Solid understanding of Odoo’s database structure and object-oriented programming.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and debugging skills for Odoo modules and workflows.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of business processes in finance, accounting, CRM, or inventory management is a plus.
