We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer / Technician to attend an onsite job and assist with setting up and configuring Apple devices.

Scope of Work

- Configure and set up a MacBook onsite.
- Connect and configure the MacBook with a printer.
- Connect and configure the iPad with the printer/MacBook as required.
- Ensure printing functionality is working correctly from the required devices.
- Check connectivity between the devices and troubleshoot any configuration issues.
- Test all devices and confirm everything is working before completing the job.

Requirements
- Experience supporting macOS and Apple devices.
- Experience configuring MacBooks, iPads and printers.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and complete the setup independently.
- Previous onsite IT support experience is preferred.
