Operations & Client Services Associate

About the role

You'll sit at the centre of the business, helping onboard clients, run day-to-day operations, support advisers and improve the systems we use as we scale. This isn't a role where you spend your first year watching from the sidelines. You'll be given real responsibility early, work directly with the people running the business and quickly learn how a growing financial services firm operates.

Key responsibilities

- Manage client onboarding including applications, KYC/AML, platform setup and funding
- Liaise with investment platforms, custodians, brokers and banks
- Process transfers, investment instructions and settlements accurately
- Maintain operational trackers, reconciliations and reporting
- Help document, improve and automate internal processes
- Assist clients with administrative and account queries
- Prepare professional client correspondence and follow-ups
- Work closely with advisers to make sure client actions are completed accurately and on time
- Help manage HubSpot, including client records, pipelines and lead routing




- Assist with email campaigns and occasional marketing activity

About you

- Recent graduate, final-year student or up to around two years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage several priorities without things falling through the cracks
- Confidence speaking with clients and external providers
- Genuine interest in investing, financial markets and business
- Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Australian working rights
- A commerce, finance, economics, business, marketing or related background is helpful but not essential
- Experience with HubSpot, Excel, Canva or investment platforms is helpful but not required
