Parking Management Solutions is seeking a reliable and friendly Parking Inspector to join our team in Adelaide, SA. As a casual Parking Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and providing exceptional customer service to the community.
Key responsibilities
- Patrolling designated areas and monitoring carpark compliance
- Issuing Notices of Claim to vehicles not complying with the carpark Terms and Conditions of Use
- Interacting with the public in a professional and courteous manner to address parking-related inquiries and concerns
- Using Industry Leading technology
- Providing support to the wider parking management team as required
About you
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify parking breaches
- Positive organisational and time management skills to efficiently carry out patrols and inspections
- Basic knowledge of parking requirements and the ability to interpret and apply them
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Current Australian driver's licence (Class C minimum)
- Ability to pass National Police Check (required for enforcement duties)
- Physical fitness to walk extensively during shifts in various weather conditions
