The roleAs a Banking and Finance Paralegal, you will manage Advance files from start to finish. Your duties will include the following -

Checking executed Mortgage documentation

On line searches

Dealing with clients, Brokers, Borrowers and Solicitors

Certifying file

PEXA settlements

And general file management duties

Your experienceYou will have a minimum of 1 year Banking and Finance or Conveyancing paralegal/assistant experience.

The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary

Progressive law firm of 70 staff. Excellent support and structured training. Offer 1 day a week WFH. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation).
