Job Title Part-Time Compliance Officer

Location: Gateway Office Park, Building 5, 747 Lytton Road, Murrarie, 4172, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

Summary Reporting to: Senior Business Analyst

Responsible for maintaining quality and security standards across Hellios Asia Pacific, including the preparation and attainment of our third-party certifications (e.g. ISO 9001).

Key Responsibilities

- Quality
- Maintain and continuously improve our quality management standards across Hellios’ Asia Pacific operations, in line with the Group management system, including our continued attainment of ISO 9001.
- Work closely with Hellios’ Group Quality Manager to carry out the following activities for the Asia Pacific region:
- Incident & Non-Conformance coordination
- Customer feedback & complaint management

- Internal Audit support

- Quality training delivery
- Management system documentation review and maintenance.
- Support monthly & quarterly quality performance reporting, as required.
- Localised ‘horizon scanning’ relevant to Quality
- Contribute to and support organisational improvement projects as required.

Security

- Maintain and continuously improve our security policies and plans to ensure DISP and continued ISO 27001 compliance, in line with the Group management system.
- Maintain good relationships with both customers and internal teams to ensure a first-class support experience
- Monitor relevant regulatory and standards changes, relevant to security, and advise their implications on the business.
- Work closely with Hellios Chief Security Officer to support DISP annual reporting and ongoing maintenance.

Key Requirements Knowledge and experience

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in compliance roles
- Good understanding of CyberSecurity standards and practices
- Good understanding of ISO9001 & ISO27001 - Desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills




- Ability to work collaboratively with operating teams and as part of a matrix structure.
- Self-starter and ability to work on your initiative is key when dealing with issues

Qualifications And Skills

- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent problem solver / critical thinker
- Good attention to detail and ability to provide step-by-step help when required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Security Clearance preferred
