This 12-month contract (3 days per week / 22.8 hours) has been created to support key capital projects while providing essential day-to-day IT support to our manufacturing and office teams. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, from Microsoft 365 and Windows devices through to network infrastructure, manufacturing systems and cyber security initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career, currently studying, or an experienced IT professional looking for flexibility and exposure to a complex manufacturing workplace.

What Your Day Looks Like:

- Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and printers.
- Maintain and configure Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Support Active Directory user and device management.
- Assist with Cisco networking, Wi-Fi and telephony systems.
- Troubleshoot plant-floor technologies, thin clients and manufacturing systems.
- Help maintain cyber security standards, asset registers and IT documentation.

- Experience supporting IT devices, end users and workplace technology.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.




- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including cabling, VLANs and subnetting.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously in a manufacturing environment.
- A genuine interest in technology, cyber security and continuous learning.
