We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team for two days per week, including Sundays.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and patient care, including dispensing medications, providing counselling, and monitoring patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure the secure storage and handling of pharmaceuticals
- Order ethicals and manage stock
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care
- Vaccination and compounding skills are preferred but not essential
