The role: a working partner to lead Eden Monaro Frame & Truss, our steel frame and truss manufacturing business at Kalaru on the NSW Far South Coast. FRAMECAD light-gauge steel system; supply and install across the Bega Valley and Sapphire Coast plus flatpack for long-distance delivery. Backed by our wider group (plant and machinery, transport, concrete and precast, quarry products).

The Person

- Frame and truss, light-gauge steel, carpentry or building products manufacturing background

- Hands-on - our partners work in the business as well as on it: production, estimating and detailing (FRAMECAD experience an advantage), and growing the order book with local builders

- Commercially minded, robust on safety and quality
