Are you a skilled Parts Interpreter with a passion for machinery and top-tier customer service? We're on the lookout for a knowledgeable and proactive professional to join our Parts Department, servicing a diverse range of equipment across light vehicles, heavy machinery, agricultural gear, and lifestyle equipment such as ATVs and Mowers

? What You’ll Be Doing:

- Assisting customers, technicians, and the sales team in identifying and sourcing the right parts
- Interpreting part numbers and schematics across multiple brands and machinery types
- Assisting with inventory and stock control, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching parts
- Maintaining up-to-date records in inventory and point-of-sale systems
- Providing expert advice and exceptional service to trade and retail customers
- Supporting workshop operations with timely parts delivery and coordination

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in automotive, agricultural, or heavy machinery (essential)




- Strong knowledge of parts systems, catalogues, and inventory software
- A detail-oriented, organized approach with a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift license and/or mechanical knowledge a bonus
