At MaxiPARTS, we’re Australia’s leading trailer parts supplier, and we’re looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter with Japanese parts experience to join our team at our Adelaide Branch.

If you have worked with Japanese truck or commercial vehicle brands and are confident identifying and sourcing the right parts for customers, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you’ll use your parts knowledge and interpreting experience to deliver outstanding service to our customers while supporting the day-to-day operation of the branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Interpreting and identifying parts for Japanese trucks and commercial vehicles, including identifying the correct part based on vehicle make, model and specifications
- Processing sales, preparing invoices, and managing stock movement
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing parts orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Supporting regular stocktakes and handling returns in line with company policy
- Keeping customers and internal teams informed on product availability and delivery timelines
- Contributing to a team culture that values safety, collaboration, and customer-first thinking

About You You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring:

- Previous experience working as a Parts Interpreter
- Experience interpreting Japanese truck, commercial vehicle or automotive parts
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills
- A positive,



can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
