About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our high-performing Parts Department. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and supplying genuine Toyota parts and accessories to retail, trade and internal customers. You will play a key role in supporting workshop operations, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately interpret customer and technician parts requirements
- Identify, quote, order and supply genuine Toyota parts and accessories
- Provide exceptional service to retail, trade and internal customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and parts documentation
- Support workshop and sales departments with parts enquiries
- Promote and maximise parts and accessory sales opportunities
- Assist in maintaining an organised and efficient parts department

About You

To be successful in this position, you will meet the following essential criteria:

Essential Criteria

- Experience as a Parts Interpreter for a genuine vehicle manufacturer
- Strong customer focus and commitment to exceptional service
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment




- Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities

Preferred Criteria

- 5+ years' experience as a Toyota Parts Interpreter or equivalent tertiary education
- Experience using TUNE
- Proven trade experience
- Parts Check / Repair Connection experience
- Autogamy experience
