About HMG OFFROAD

HMG OFFROAD supplies Powersports vehicles, parts, accessories and equipment for 4WD vehicles, off-road applications and recreational powersports products.

You will work with an extensive product range that includes:

- Can-Am off-road vehicles parts and accessories
- Sea-Doo personal watercraft parts and accessories
- Opposite Lock 4WD accessories
- Bullbars, suspension, lighting and recovery equipment
- Touring, towing and vehicle protection products
- Genuine and aftermarket parts
- Workshop and customer special orders

About the Role As a Parts Interpreter, you will assist retail customers, trade customers and workshop personnel with the identification, sourcing and supply of parts and accessories.

You will be responsible for delivering accurate parts advice, preparing quotations, processing orders and ensuring customers receive the right product for their vehicle or application.

This position would suit an experienced Parts Interpreter or someone with strong automotive, mechanical, 4WD, marine or powersports knowledge who is ready to develop their career.





Key Responsibilities

- Identify and interpret parts using electronic catalogues, vehicle information and supplier systems
- Assist customers in person, over the phone and by email
- Provide professional advice on parts, accessories and product suitability
- Prepare quotations and process customer and workshop orders
- Source genuine and aftermarket parts from approved suppliers
- Support the workshop with accurate and timely parts supply
- Receive, check and process incoming stock
- Maintain accurate stock records and parts locations
- Follow up backorders and special customer orders
- Process invoices, purchase orders, credits and returns
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
- Maintain clean, organised and skilled parts storage and customer areas
- Promote relevant accessories and additional products based on customer requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers, technicians and suppliers

About You The successful applicant will ideally have:

- Full Australian Work Rights Unrestricted.
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive role
- Automotive, 4WD, marine, motorcycle or powersports knowledge
- A genuine interest in off-road vehicles,



touring, accessories and recreational products
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities
- A practical understanding of vehicle components and mechanical terminology
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A current Australian driver’s licence

Experience with Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Opposite Lock, BRP products, automotive dealerships or aftermarket 4WD accessories will be highly regarded but is not essential. What We Offer
