The Opportunity We have a outstanding opportunity for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our payroll team. Reporting directly to the Global Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, supervising and developing the team and ensuring full compliance with Australian payroll legislation. This is a leadership role that blends operational payroll expertise with people management. You will drive performance,



champion process improvement and serve as the key point of escalation for complex payroll matters.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

- 5+ years of payroll experience in a medium-to-large Australian organisation with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian payroll legislation including the Fair Work Act, modern awards, PAYG, superannuation guarantee, payroll tax, and STP reporting
- Experience managing end-to-end payroll in a high-volume environment
- Strong proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Chris21/iChris, or similar HRIS/payroll platforms)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with payroll reporting and data analysis
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
