Your new role:
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will support Registered Nurses in providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care to patients within the Acute Adult Mental Health Inpatient Services at Princess Alexandra Hospital. Working across North and East Wings, you'll contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the unit while developing your skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team. * Support RNs with the delivery of individualised patient care * Observe patients, identify concerns and escalate appropriately * Contribute to a safe, secure and supportive ward setting * Assist with ward duties including restocking, equipment checks and maintaining clinical areas * Work within your education, training and competence under RN supervision About you:
