What you'll be doing:

- Providing professional reception support




- Performing administration and data entry duties
- Supporting busy office teams with day-to-day operations
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

What you'll need:

- Previous administration, reception, or accounts experience
- Availability to commence assignments at short notice
- The ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Xero, and/or MYOB
- A reliable, adaptable, and skilled approach
