- Proven F&B; experience
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- High calibre of customer service
- Experience in a function/banquet setting highly regarded
- Proven waiting skills including 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear is desirable
- A valid RSA is essential
- A Food Handling certificate or willing to obtain
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
