About the Company
Our client is a global medical device organisation with an established presence across Australia. Due to continued growth and an increase in sales, they are looking for an experienced Order Processing Officer to provide additional support to their busy Order Management team.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Order Management Manager, you will join a supportive team and provide hands on back office order processing support.
This is a casual contract commencing immediately through to the end of the year, with potential for extension. You will be responsible for processing orders, returns and credits while helping the team manage increased sales volumes.
The position is based onsite five days per week in Macquarie Park and would suit someone who can quickly learn new systems and confidently jump in and support the team.

Duties
• Process customer orders accurately through the ERP system
• Manage returns, credits and order adjustments




• Review orders and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Liaise with internal teams regarding order requirements
• Provide general back office order management support
• Assist the team with increased order volumes

About You
• Previous experience processing orders for tangible or physical products is essential
• Hands on experience processing orders through an ERP system
• Experience managing high volume orders, returns and credits
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, transactional environment
• Confident learning new systems and processes
• Available to commence immediately and work onsite five days per week in Macquarie Park
