Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead marketing technology solutions and product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
n
- Gather requirements from business owners, create user stories, and oversee testing and delivery processes.
n
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to facilitate change and navigate organisational complexity.
n
- Stay current with new marketing tools and evolving marketing technology stacks.
n

Experience & Skills Needed
n
n
- Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms such as AEM, Creative Cloud,
or similar tools.
n
- Solid skills in requirements gathering, creating user stories, and overseeing testing processes.
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
n
- Leadership experience managing squads of 5-10 team members.
n
- Proven stakeholder management in complex and evolving environments.
n
- Knowledge of marketing workflows, content management systems, and digital asset management tools.
