Shiels Group is seeking a commercially minded Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media performance across four established Australian retail brands: Shiels, Grahams, Watch Depot and Ice Jewellery.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced practitioner — not an entry-level position. You'll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation and reporting across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and emerging channels, working closely with our Ecommerce, Content, CRM and Buying teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, Advantage+ Shopping and catalogue/DPA
- Oversee Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube activity
- Monitor performance against revenue, MER, ROAS, CAC and acquisition targets
- Manage budgets, pacing and forecasting across multiple brands
- Develop structured testing plans across creative, audience, format and bidding strategies
- Translate performance insights into clear creative briefs
- Build reporting dashboards and conduct funnel and conversion analysis




- Apply AI and automation to improve efficiency without compromising accuracy

What we're looking for:

- 2–4 years' hands-on paid media experience
- Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
- Experience with GA4, Google Merchant Centre and ecommerce reporting tools
- A background in retail, ecommerce or another fast-paced commercial environment
- Ability to connect platform metrics to revenue and profitability outcomes
- Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills

Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus, and current Google Ads or Meta certifications, will be highly regarded.
