Role: Performance Test Engineer

Type: Full Time – Contract

Location: Sydney, AU

Status: AU valid visa with full work rights

Skills: JMeter, Performance Testing, E2E Performance Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, API Testing, Performance Analysis

Experience: 5+ years

Requisites:

- Strong experience in performance and load testing using JMeter or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience setting up and executing E2E performance testing.
- Experience designing performance test scenarios, workload models and test scripts.
- Experience with load, stress, endurance and scalability testing.
- Ability to analyse performance results, identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations.
- Experience with API/web application performance testing.
- Positive understanding of performance metrics, monitoring and reporting.
- Experience working with development, QA, infrastructure and application teams.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD performance testing integration.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or similar.
