My Bohemian Store is looking for a confident, warm and naturally brilliant salesperson to become the face of our brand at Brisbane markets. We’re a well-established, women-led Australian business that has been successfully operating for over five years. Now, we’re entering an exciting new stage of growth—expanding across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and preparing to launch online throughout Australia.

This isn’t a role where you simply stand behind a stall and process transactions.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, starting conversations and creating the kind of experience that turns someone passing by into a happy customer.

What is required

- Reliable car with a valid driver’s licence
- Naturally bubbly, sunny and approachable
- Confident and genuinely good at sales
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Independent and able to manage your day without constant supervision
- Proactive—you notice what needs doing and make it happen
- Happy working outdoors and comfortable in a market environment
- Confident in spoken English
- Available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- Able to commit consistently ( minimum 6 months ) to a permanent part-time position

What you’ll be doing
- Representing My Bohemian Store at Brisbane markets
- Setting up and styling the stall
- Welcoming customers and starting natural conversations
- Helping customers discover products and confidently closing sales without being pushy
- Processing payments and managing the stall independently
- Keeping the display organised,



inviting and beautifully presented
- Packing down the merchandise at the end of the market
- Sharing customer feedback and sales insights with the team

You will not need to assemble or dismantle the gazebo. Merchandise setup generally takes around 30–45 minutes, with approximately 30 minutes for pack-down. All setup and pack-down time is paid. Previous retail, market, hospitality or customer-facing sales experience is highly valued. But personality, initiative and the ability to connect with people matter just as much.
