Market Sales & Brand Representative needed! My Bohemian Store is looking for a confident, warm and naturally brilliant salesperson to represent our brand at some of the Sunshine Coast’s markets.

Permanent Part-Time | Sunshine Coast

Approximately 22–25 hours per week | Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays.

NOTE:

A reliable car and driver’s licence are required for this job.

weekly schedule

- Wednesday: Eumundi Market
- Saturday: Eumundi Market
- Sunday: An additional Sunshine Coast market, which may vary
- Approximately 22–25 paid hours per week, including setup and pack-down

At Eumundi Market, you will not need to assemble or dismantle a gazebo. Your responsibility will be setting up, styling and packing down the merchandise and stall display.

What you’ll be doing

- Representing My Bohemian Store at Sunshine Coast markets
- Setting up and styling the merchandise display
- Creating a welcoming and memorable customer experience
- Starting natural conversations with people visiting the stall
- Helping customers find products they genuinely love
- Confidently closing sales without being pushy
- Processing payments and managing the stall independently
- Keeping the space organised, attractive and well stocked
- Packing down merchandise at the end of each market
- Sharing customer feedback and sales insights with the team

This isn’t a role where you simply stand behind a stall and wait for customers.

We’re looking for someone who brings genuine energy to the space, someone who enjoys people, understands sales and can confidently take ownership of their market days.

You’ll be perfect for this role if you are

- Confident and genuinely good at sales




- Comfortable starting conversations with recent people
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Independent and able to self-manage
- Proactive, you notice what needs doing and take initiative
- Happy working outdoors and comfortable in a busy market environment
- Fluent and confident in English
- Available every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

Previous retail, market, hospitality or customer-facing sales experience is highly valued. However, personality, reliability and the ability to connect with people are just as important to us.
