We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Personal Care Worker on a casual basis to join our team at Favoured Healthcare Services

Location: Croydon Park and Various locations across Sydney metro and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: $38 – $48 per hour (weekday / weekend rates)

Immediate start with 2 hours a week able to take 1 client in Croydon Park on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday for cleaning services in the morning and isn’t afraid of cats (client has 1), non cleaning positions will be offered in the future

Travel Reimbursement: $0.60/km

About the Role

Favoured Healthcare Services is looking for experienced and reliable cleaners to provide essential domestic assistance to NDIS participants. As a contractor, you’ll help create safe and hygienic living environments that support independence and wellbeing.

We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to support our valued NDIS participants with daily activities that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.





Role and Responsibility

- Assist with the daily care of clients

- Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, food preparation and shopping

- Monitor or administer some medication

- Train clients to care for themselves and educate family members

- Perform administrative duties

- Participate in case reviews to determine the needs and wellbeing of the client

- Improve wellbeing and independence of clients

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)

- Meal prep and medication prompts

- Community access, transport, and social support

- Light domestic assistance and companionship

Essential Skills and Qualifications (beneficial but not necessary)
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) or nursing qualifications

- Valid driver’s licence vehicle with insurance

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or WWCC

- Police Check / NDIS Worker Screening

- Current First Aid & CPR

- 2 years of Personal Care experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
