This is a Pick & Pack role at Altimate Foods, Australia's leading manufacturer of ice cream cones. We make millions of indulgent moments that matter - one perfectly crafted cone at a time.
- Location: Campbellfield (Melbourne North)
- Status: Casual roles available
- Hours: Both Day Shift & Afternoon Shift roles available (Day Shift 7:30am - 4:00pm, Afternoon Shift 3:50pm - 12 midnight)
- Days: Monday to Friday
Must be available for immediate start
What you'll be doing
- Picking Ice Cream Cones from production line belt and packing into trays and paperboard inners
- Working on fast paced production lines
- Responsible for the quality of own work
- Working in a team environment
- Some lifting up to 15kg is required
- Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
What we're looking for:
- Some experience in food production is preferred
- Physically comfortable with being on your feet throughout the day in an active, hands-on environment
- Reliable transport to attend all rostered shifts
- Attention to food safety and quality is key
- Must have excellent attitude and communication skills
- Strong work ethic (Reliable, Punctual and Committed)
- Available to work some overtime during peak seasonal periods
- Full, ongoing and unrestricted working rights in Australia are required
