About the Company:

Eat to Live is more than a health food manufacturing business — we create nutritious alternatives to everyone’s favourite foods. As our business continues to expand and grow, we’re on the lookout for additional staff to join our Production Team on a Casual, Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time basis.

Positions Available:

Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

School Hours Shift: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (ideal for parents completing school drop-off and pick-up)

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

South Murwillumbah, NSW 2484

We welcome applications from

• Entry-level candidates with little to no experience in Food Production (Levels 1–2)

- Experienced Food Production Supervisors or Shift Leaders (Levels 3–6)

The Job involves;

- Operation of all aspects of the production, including packing, sealing, labelling, dating, boxing & stock control.

- Cleaning of all work areas and equipment to a high standard

- Product & packing Quality Control

- Follow all work instructions, procedures, and safety rules.

The ideal candidate will:





- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

- Have experience in food processing (beneficial but not essential)

- Be physically fit and able to perform all duties, including standing for long periods

- Show excellent attention to detail

- Be punctual, reliable, and dependable

- Possess strong time management and organisational skills

- Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement

- Have the stamina and resilience to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
