The Company

Amara Advisory is currently recruiting experienced Pipe Fitters to support the delivery of the Perdaman Project Ceres in Karratha, Western Australia.

With the capability to mobilise skilled personnel to major projects nationally, Amara Advisory supports Tier 1 contractors, EPCs and asset owners across construction, commissioning, shutdowns and project delivery.

The Project

Perdaman Project Ceres is a major new urea production facility currently under construction on the Burrup Peninsula near Karratha in Western Australia's Pilbara region.

The project is being delivered by the Saipem Clough Joint Venture (SCJV) and represents one of Australia's largest current industrial developments. Once operational, the facility is designed to produce more than 2 million tonnes of urea per year.

The development incorporates ammonia and urea processing facilities together with extensive utilities, infrastructure, storage, loadout, mechanical and process piping systems. The project is currently in heavy construction, with work expected to continue over the next 12 months.

Project: Perdaman Project Ceres

Location: Karratha / Burrup Peninsula, WA

Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off (2:1)

Hours: 10-hour days with unpaid break on top

Mobilisation: FIFO - point of hire anywhere in Australia or New Zealand; mobilisation to site Tuesdays or Wednesdays, with roster starting the following day The Role

We are seeking experienced Pipe Fitters to join the project construction team, with responsibilities including:

- Fabrication, assembly and installation of process pipework and associated piping components.
- Fit-up of butts and tack welding of pipes,



including use of hi-lo gauges and piping equipment.
- Cutting, bevelling and fitting pipe in accordance with project specifications and isometric drawings.
- Fit-up and assembly of pipe spools, flanges, valves and associated components.
- Reading and interpreting piping isometrics, spool drawings, P&IDs; and project specifications.
- Sourcing materials required for installation.
- Working with carbon steel, three grades of stainless steel, alloy 51, P91 and P22 pipe materials.
- Installation and positioning of pipework across major process and mechanical systems.
- Working closely with welders, riggers and other construction disciplines.
- Ensuring pipe installations meet required tolerances, specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Working in accordance with project safety, quality and permit requirements.
- Performing other construction duties as required.

About You To be considered, applicants should have:

- Australian-recognised trade qualification relevant to Pipe Fitting.
- Demonstrated experience as a Pipe Fitter on major construction projects.
- Solid ability to read and interpret piping isometrics and spool drawings.
- Previous oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, mining,



resources or major process plant construction experience highly regarded.
- Current Working Safely at Heights certification.
- High Risk Work Licence with EWP (WP).
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card).
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary construction crews.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

Experience working on large-scale SMP, process piping, LNG, ammonia, petrochemical or similar heavy industrial construction projects will be highly regarded.
