PARC Engineering are seeking a reliable and organised Plant & Logistics Administrator to provide dedicated administrative support to our Plant & Logistics Yard, located in O’Connor, Western Australia. This is a permanent part-time role and will ideally operate from 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, providing consistent coverage during core working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant & System Administration

- Raising and issuing Work Orders and Purchase Orders in Pronto.
- Processing plant movements in Pronto and maintaining associated team forms and documentation.
- Onboarding plant and equipment into relevant project systems.
- Maintaining accurate plant and equipment records and supporting documentation.
- Assisting with the ongoing improvement and accuracy of plant-related systems and registers.

Timesheets & General Administration
- Coordinating the weekly timesheet processing for the Plant Yard team.
- Ensuring timesheets are received, checked and processed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Providing general administrative support to the Plant Yard and operational teams.

Purchasing & Supplies
- Managing regular Woolworths and stationery ordering.
- Monitoring requirements and ensuring appropriate supplies are available to support day-to-day operations.
- Raising relevant purchase orders and maintaining associated records.

Fleet & Communications
- Managing fleet card administration, including maintaining records and supporting the resolution of routine queries.
- Managing Starlink administration, including records, equipment and associated requirements.

Calibration & Equipment Registers
- Maintaining the electrical testing equipment calibration register, ensuring equipment is appropriately recorded and calibration requirements are monitored.
- Supporting the transition of the electrical testing equipment register into Pronto inventory.
- Maintaining the torque wrench calibration register,



ensuring records remain current and equipment is appropriately tracked.
- Supporting the transition of the torque wrench register into Pronto inventory.

About You

- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or similar support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with Pronto or similar ERP/business management systems would be advantageous.
- The ability to manage multiple routine tasks and meet regular deadlines.
- Good computer skills and confidence working across different systems and registers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving routine administrative issues.
- The ability to maintain accurate records and handle documentation in a structured and consistent manner.
- Experience in a plant, fleet, logistics, construction, mining or other operational environment would be highly regarded.
