Flex Recruit is mobilising a team of experienced Poly Welders for an upcoming project in the Pilbara. With work expected to commence within the next 3-4 weeks, this is a robust opportunity to secure rostered work through to March 2027

The Opportunity

You will be joining a crew of Poly Welders supporting site works on a well-established RIO mining operation. This is a fast-moving mobilisation, suited to candidates who are site-ready and available at short notice.

Roster & Duration

2:1 FIFO roster

Project running through to Macrh 2027

Key Requirements

Proven experience in poly welding

RIO Tinto inducted highly valued

Relevant certifications and tickets for minesite poly welding

Current driver’s licence

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

ITC Operators are in regular demand
