Location : Ballarat, Victoria

Hourly Rates : $60 - $70/hour + Super

Role The Power BI Developer/Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering accurate and timely reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their current and future reporting needs, identifying data sources, and ensuring the integrity and reliability of reported data as part of the organization’s ERP project delivery team.

Accountabilities

- The role requires a high attention to detail, advanced interpersonal skills, the ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and be able to capture them plainly and clearly. It also involves working on several projects concurrently, requiring good time management and self-organisation.
- Providing detailed analysis and supporting documentation, you will effectively engage across a diverse range of stakeholders and focus on ways to address the changing requirements.
- Draft, review and update the project reporting delivery plan
- Proactively engage with business stakeholders to discover and clarify reporting needs, including those driven by evolving business requirements and legislative changes.

- Support, maintain developing and enhancing Data & Analytics reporting, industry & legislative reporting requirements including ERP related systems.

What you'll need to succeed





- Make decisions based on their understanding and knowledge of ERP and other related systems, upgrades, and projects, and make recommendations as required.
- Extensive experience in supporting, maintaining developing and enhancing Data & Analytics reporting, industry & legislative reporting requirements including ERP related systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and database query languages (e.g. Microsoft T-SQL and Stored Procedures).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modelling techniques.
- Proven success in complex, enterprise-wide ICT projects with an extensive change management component.
- Demonstrated experience in forming collaborative and trusting relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a reporting analyst role, including report design and development.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, MS SQL Server Management Studio).
- Relevant qualifications and large project experience.

CloudSuite ERP experience would be highly regarded.

- Demonstrates advanced SQL skills, RDBMS expertise, and experience across diverse database systems.
- Demonstrated experience in forming collaborative and trusting relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a reporting analyst role, including report design and development.

Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, MS SQL Server Management Studio).
