Job Description

- Support the CFO, Head of Investor Relations and executive leadership team
n
- Deliver clear analysis, management reporting and commercial insights
n
- Drive delivery of Board and management reporting
n
- Support the monthly profit forecast process and annual budget cycle
n
- Contribute to annual and quarterly external reporting, including ASX announcements
n
- Verify and document evidence points for external reporting
n
- Generate data-driven insights identifying opportunities, risks and emerging trends
n
- Communicate recommendations proactively
n
- Deliver sensitivity analysis, financial projections and financial models
n
- Work with the business to understand key drivers and align forecasts and budgets with performance trends
n
- Support business strategy implementation by identifying success metrics and reporting progress
n
- Provide decision support across strategy analysis, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, external market insights, competitor analysis and company-wide projects
n

Requirements

n

n
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualification
n
- 7+ years' financial services experience
n
- Experience across management accounting, performance reporting, financial modelling and financial analysis
n
- Strong Excel modelling capability
n
- Confidence working with financial data, forecasts, budgets and commercial drivers
n
- Ability to produce clear, high-quality internal and external communications, including reporting for senior audiences
n
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
n
- Strong understanding of investment products,



financial markets and regulatory requirements
n
- Superannuation or investments experience preferred
n
- Strong analytical judgement and ability to turn complex information into clear, meaningful insights
n
- Proactive, questioning mindset and strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Successful candidate must undergo background checks
n
