Job Description

Rabobank in Sydney seeks a Director Wholesale Non-Financial Risk to lead risk and compliance for the Wholesale Banking unit. You will drive ORMF/CMF, advise senior leaders, and strengthen governance, controls, and risk culture across Australia and Current Zealand.

You will partner with Corporate Banking, Portfolio Management, Markets and Sustainable Business Development, ensuring business objectives are met while maintaining regulatory obligations and robust risk oversight.
