Clear Health Psychiatry is a specialist mental health service based in Subiaco and part of the broader Clear Health group. We are committed to providing accessible, high-quality psychiatric care and creating a qualified and supportive environment for our patients, psychiatrists and team.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Subiaco practice.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring the practice runs efficiently and our psychiatrists, administration team, patients and referrers are well supported.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading and supporting the administration team
- Managing daily practice operations and workflows
- Supporting psychiatrists with operational and administrative requirements
- Overseeing referrals, appointments and patient administration
- Managing Medicare, billing and payment processes
- Monitoring workloads, clinician schedules and practice capacity
- Managing patient, family and referrer enquiries
- Improving systems, processes and practice efficiency
- Maintaining privacy,



confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Providing operational updates and reporting to Directors

The role requires strong organisation, leadership and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy specialist practice.

About You

You will ideally have:
- Experience as a Practice Manager, Medical Practice Manager or Senior Medical Administrator
- Experience in healthcare, specialist medical, psychiatry or allied health
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Experience with Medicare and medical billing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence managing patients, clinicians and external stakeholders

Experience within psychiatry or specialist medical practice will be highly regarded.
