We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant – Acurity Delivery to lead strategic consulting and delivery engagements within the Australian superannuation industry.
This is a senior leadership role for an Acurity specialist who can combine deep platform expertise, consulting capability, program leadership and executive stakeholder management to deliver complex transformation initiatives.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Acurity consulting and delivery engagements
- Define transformation roadmaps, target architectures and delivery strategies
- Lead large programs, multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Partner with senior executives and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Drive Acurity solution design, customisation, integration and continuous improvement
- Contribute to proposals, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations and practice growth
- Coach and mentor consultants while supporting capability development and hiring
? What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Iress Acurity, including complex delivery/consulting engagements
- Robust knowledge of the Australian superannuation domain and regulatory environment
- Proven experience leading large programs and transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration, data, security and cloud technologies
- Experience with Azure/Google Cloud; .NET, Java, Python or C++ knowledge is advantageous
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Experience in governance, risk management, delivery assurance and practice development
- ASFA 100 or ASFA RG 146 certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 16+ years of IT experience
