About The Role
Are you passionate about creating smarter ways of working and enjoy collaborating across teams to make meaningful change? This fixed term vacancy offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
Reporting to the Senior Business Partner Process Improvement, the Process Analyst plays a key role in driving process excellence across the organisation. This role supports our enterprise-wide approach to process management and continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders from across the business.
By mapping current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting best practice you will help to streamline workflows and uncover efficiency gains. Your work will ensure our processes are optimised, scalable and aligned with the organisation's broader strategic goals.
About You The person we are looking for will have demonstrated experience in business process mapping and improvement, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or BPMN.
Experience with cross-functional process mapping is essential and familiarity with Nintex Process Manager (Promapp) will be highly regarded.
You'll have a sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to uncover insights, identify pain points and develop practical improvement opportunities. You'll be an excellent communicator and facilitator, confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels and leading workshops or training sessions both in-person and via Teams.
Strong influencing, negotiation, and critical thinking skills will help you thrive in this role.
Experience in process automation or workflow development, as well as knowledge of management systems and compliance frameworks, would be a valuable bonus.
