Experienced Print Account Manager / Customer Service

Designline is an established Brisbane-based commercial printing company servicing businesses and organisations throughout Australia.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Print Account Manager / Customer Service professional to join our team.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone who has spent several years within the printing industry and understands how a print business actually works — someone who can speak confidently with customers, understand their requirements, quote jobs and work with production to get them delivered.

The role

You’ll work with both existing Designline customers and current accounts, helping manage their print requirements from enquiry through to delivery.

Day-to-day work may include:

- Managing existing customer accounts and relationships
- Responding to print enquiries and preparing quotes
- Advising customers on stocks, finishes and production options
- Taking and processing orders
- Checking specifications and coordinating artwork
- Liaising with design and production
- Following jobs through production and delivery
- Developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts

Who we're looking for

Print industry experience is highly desirable.

You may currently be working as a print account manager, customer service representative, estimator, production coordinator or in a similar role.

You don’t necessarily need to consider yourself a traditional salesperson. We’re more interested in someone who knows print, understands customers and builds positive relationships.





If you have existing industry relationships or customers who have worked with you for many years, we’d also be very interested in discussing how those relationships could continue to be supported and developed at Designline.

About Designline

We produce and manage a broad range of commercial print, including flyers, brochures, booklets, magazines, business stationery, real estate marketing, signage, wide format and specialty print.

We have a substantial existing customer base and service clients throughout Australia, with particularly strong relationships across the real estate industry.

You’ll have the backing of an established operation, including production, design, competitive trade relationships and national distribution.

We’re deliberately keeping this opportunity flexible because we’re more interested in finding the right person than fitting someone into a predetermined position.

Depending on your experience, the role could be structured around account management, customer service, business development or a combination of all three.

Remuneration and any commission structure can be discussed based on experience and the role you ultimately take within the business.
