- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $116,981 to $129,492 + super

We are seeking motivated and capable employees for a 6-month temporary opportunity as a Procurement Officer (Clerk Grade 7/8) within the Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) Procurement team. This role provides an excellent development opportunity for individuals looking to broaden their procurement experience or take the next step in their career.

About the Opportunity The Procurement Officer provides procurement expertise and supports business stakeholders to plan, source and manage procurement activities that deliver value-for-money outcomes while ensuring compliance with NSW Government procurement policies and frameworks. The role involves end-to-end procurement activities, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage procurement processes including sourcing, tendering and contract administration.
- Provide procurement advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with contract management activities, supplier performance monitoring and contract variations.
- Support procurement governance, compliance and risk management activities.
- Maintain procurement records, reporting and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement practices.





What will you bring to the role :

- Experience working with procurement, contract management, governance, finance, project delivery or related functions.
- Knowledge of NSW Government procurement policies and processes.
- Build good relationships with stakeholders and providing customer-focused advice.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Essential Requirement

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience
