About the Role:

Our office is expanding, and we’re looking for a capable and detail-focused Procurement Officer to join our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring we have the right products on hand, accurate information in our systems and reliable supply for our customers. If you enjoy fast-paced work, have a passion for accuracy and want to advance your career in the renewable energy sector, this role offers an exciting opportunity.

You’ll handle day-to-day purchasing, including raising and tracking POs,



monitoring inventory levels and metrics, updating ETAs and shipment details, and coordinating with warehouses and suppliers. You’ll work closely with our sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, data accuracy and efficient procurement processes. Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines are critical to success.

Selection Criteria:

- Experience in administration (a purchasing or inventory support role would be adventagous)

- Strong accuracy and attention to detail with data and systems

- Good analytical and numerical ability

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines

- Transparent and confident communication skills

- Ability to build & maintain effective supplier & internal relationships

- Commitment to following processes and contributing to improvements

A current driver’s licence is essential.
