About the Role We are looking for an engaging, sharp, and highly organised Producer / Post Producer to join our team.

Working across fast-turnaround commercial campaigns, corporate client projects, and complex long-form film/TV post-production, you will be the central connector between advertising agencies, direct corporate clients, directors, filmmakers, and our internal post team.

For this role, personality, charisma, and meticulous attention to detail matter far more than years of traditional experience. Key Responsibilities

- Manage agency and direct-client projects from brief through final delivery.

- Coordinate pre-production including crews, suppliers, casting, locations, schedules and shoot logistics.

- Prepare and manage quotes, budgets and project schedules.

- Act as the day-to-day client contact across assigned projects.

- Produce and support shoots as required.

- Manage post-production workflows across commercials, content and long-form film/TV.

- Coordinate Sandbox’s internal post team and oversee technical delivery/QC.
