About the Role

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Product Manager to bolster our fast-moving Enterprise Technology team. To be considered for this position you must have 2 years of experience in Product Management within a financial services environment ideally lending. B2B SAAS experience on top of this is also desirable. In this position, you will contribute to the ongoing innovation of our award-winning embedded finance platform, with a focus on leveraging AI to accelerate development cycles and enhance user experiences for our enterprise clients.

You will work with a passionate team to help build products that solve real-world problems for the businesses and Funding Partners on our Enterprise platform.



Your communication skills will be crucial as you collaborate with our talented engineering, design, and enterprise client teams to deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In addition to this, you will

- Work on cool projects using AI tools to enhance our embedded finance orchestration infrastructure and drive efficiencies for our enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise clients, the market, and the competitive landscape.
- Define and analyse metrics to measure the success of features and identify areas for improvement.
- Author clear and concise user stories, requirements and product documentation to enable engineering teams.
- Utilise AI tools to rapidly design, prototype and accelerate the product development process.
- Participate in product lifecycle rituals and help remove blockers to ensure the team can execute quickly.
- Champion a customer-first, product-led mindset across the organisation.

What You'll Bring to Valiant

1. Product Execution & Agility

- Proven experience delivering features or components as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and proficiency with tools like Linear or Jira.




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and monitor feature performance.

2. Technical & Problem Solving

- A collaborative and proactive problem solver with high intellectual curiosity and the drive to solve problems from first principles.
- Proficient understanding of modern web application architecture, data flows, and API/embedded integrations.
- Direct experience or a strong passion for integrating AI tools into the product workflow to drive efficiency.
- Ability to understand how individual features connect to broader business objectives and commercial KPIs.

3. Communication & Collaboration

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships across engineering, enterprise clients, and internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Comfort with rapid iteration and experimentation where speed and impact are prioritised over perfect processes.
