About the role
We're looking for an experienced Production Roaster to join our team full-time. This is a Monday to Friday role working out of our Hendra roastery, where you'll play a central part in bringing our coffees to life.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Operating and monitoring our roasting equipment to produce consistent, high-quality results
- Following and refining roast profiles in line with our quality standards
- Supporting green coffee intake, batch scheduling, and production planning
- Contributing to quality control, cupping, and sensory evaluation
- Keeping the roastery organised, clean, and running smoothly
- Collaborating with the wider team as we continue to grow
About you
You're someone who genuinely loves coffee, the craft, the process, and the culture around it. You've spent time behind a roaster and you understand that consistency and attention to detail aren't just nice to have, they're everything.
You'll bring
- Demonstrated experience in a production roasting role
- A solid understanding of roast profiling and quality control
- A reliable, professional work ethic and the ability to manage your time well
