The Product Manager is responsible for the development and execution of marketing (product and portfolio) strategies, tactics and promotional materials into the market to drive the growth of the company’s animal pharmaceutical products. This role will work cross functionally to ensure the success of product launches, brand campaigns and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promotional Material Development: Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to develop, approve, and distribute promotional materials that adhere to regulatory and company standards.
- Work to deliver approved marketing materials on time to the sales team.
- Source promotional items as requested by marketing in a cost-efficient manner. Generate ideas for gift with purchase and present to sales and marketing management.
- Market Analysis: Working with the data analyst, track and analyse brand performance, market dynamics, and sales data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Pricing Management: Assist with pricing strategy for existing and launch products including pricing analysis of competitive products and recommendations to ensure market competitiveness and relevance
- Budget Management: Assist in managing channel budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking expenditure against planned budgets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tools. Partner with the technical veterinarian to ensure the accuracy and efficacy of promotional messages.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;,



sales, and regulatory, to support new product launches and line extensions.
- Continual Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in animal health, pharmaceuticals, and marketing practices.
- Create continuing professional development webinars and events that can be delivered in person or online.
- Conferences: Manage the timing and planning for external customer conferences by delivering materials on time, registering the team and Norbrook for the conference. Work in conjunction with marketing and sales team for which brands to be promoted and conference assets. Co-ordinate the conference stand branding
- Request quotes for hotels, accommodation, conference rooms for internal Norbrook conferences.
- Event Management: Support the planning and execution of events such as product launches, trade shows, and professional conferences.
- Digital: Develop and deliver fully automated EDMs at the requested frequency. At the close of each cycle review the effectiveness of each campaign and report to the marketing manager on the effectiveness.
- Resources: Ensure stock standard marketing items are in print, available and are current. Responsible for ensuring expired marketing material is destroyed securely.



Monitor all marketing materials to ensure adequate supply for the sales team to use in conjunction with marketing 3PL.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all brand activities and communications adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
- Any other items as reasonable requested by management.
- Responsible for receiving and reporting adverse events in line with Pharmacovigilance procedures

Desirable Criteria:

- Ideally experienced in both Large and Companion Animal and working in both multinational companies and mid-sized enterprises.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
