Dacelo Engraving is Australia’s leading supplier of engraved dies, silk screens and flexo plates for the print finishing industry.

We’re based in Rowville and have a small, friendly team that takes pride in high-quality work and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our workshop team.

No experience is needed and full training will be provided, you just need a good attitude, steady hands, and a willingness to learn. The focus of this role is on chemical etching. There is an opportunity to learn other aspects of the role in the business.

This is a secure, long term position. The successful applicant will become part of a highly regarded team in pre-press production for the print finishing industry.

Work hours are 6.00am - 2.06pm, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll be doing

- Learn chemical etching and silk screen making processes

- Assist in the operation of CNC engraving machines

- Handle materials, prepare jobs,



and maintain a clean workspace

- Help with general production duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Good attention to detail and pride in quality work

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Basic reading, writing, and measurement skills

- Experience in factory, print, or machine work is helpful but not essential
